Western Legacy Foundation

Western Legacy Foundation is a regional organization dedicated to preserving the western way of life through youth scholarships, community grants, and support for agriculture-related initiatives. Established in 1993, the Foundation administers programs that benefit communities in its region and organizations connected to the agriculture industry. Its work also supports higher education for young people and organizations, programs, and projects that improve public services and education.

The Foundation invites members to connect with agricultural producers and industry leaders through a western heritage network serving the upper Midwest. Membership options include new, renewal, and one-year memberships, with online registration and payment available. The organization also shares information about events and offers ticket purchases through its website. Donations provide another way to support its mission and programs.

Based in Rapid City, South Dakota, Western Legacy Foundation works to raise awareness of its role in sustaining western heritage and investing in the region’s future. Its activities bring together scholarship support, community investment, membership, and events in service of that purpose.
