Western Outdoors Adventures

Western Outdoor Adventures LLC is a bonded and insured Colorado hunting outfitter based in Meeker, in the state’s Northwest corner. The company offers guided and do-it-yourself hunts for bull and cow elk, mule deer, pronghorn, black bear, mountain lion, and turkey. Its hunting properties include private land leases across several game management units, with some access to public land under permits from the Bureau of Land Management and the U.S. Forest Service.

Hunts take place in varied terrain, including timber, meadows, river bottoms, sagebrush, and agricultural fields, at elevations of approximately 6,500 to 10,000 feet. Depending on the hunt, guests can stay in wall tents, cabins, or a nearby motel. The outfitter also provides lodging information, rates, gear lists, and guidance for planning a trip. Its guides, many of whom are local, help hunters prepare and navigate the area. Western Outdoor Adventures serves hunters seeking affordable Colorado hunting experiences, including youth and first-time hunts, and shares testimonials, photos, and episodes of Hunting Habit TV.
