Westfalenbande

Westfalenbande is a youth baseball initiative supported by the Nixdorf Sport- und Jugendstiftung and connected with clubs across the Westphalia region of Germany. It helps young people discover and develop their interest in baseball through activities, coaching, events and opportunities to play with partner clubs. Its programs include youth camps and specialist clinics, such as pitching and hitting sessions, alongside competitions and community events.

Westfalenbande also works with schools, offering school activities and teacher training to support baseball in educational settings. Its mobile ballpark brings baseball experiences to different locations, making the sport more accessible to young participants. The organization shares news, event dates, videos, downloads and information for families and players, including camp FAQs and participation terms.

It also highlights youth league tables and the achievements of its partner clubs, helping connect players, coaches, schools and local baseball communities. Through these offerings, Westfalenbande promotes youth participation and supports the development of baseball across its network of clubs and schools
