West Side is an event venue in Plattsburgh, New York, offering flexible spaces and personalized services for weddings, meetings, conferences, and private celebrations. Its facilities include a Grand Ballroom that accommodates up to 400 guests, along with smaller rooms and an outdoor patio for gatherings of different sizes. The team works with clients to plan events around their vision and budget, coordinating details such as audiovisual setup, décor, and catering.

West Side provides on-site and off-site catering, with custom menus prepared by Executive Chef Kevin Thornton. The menus feature fresh, locally sourced ingredients and can be tailored to event styles, preferences, and dietary restrictions. For everyday dining, the venue also offers Thursday Takeout, with chef-prepared meals available for online ordering and pickup.

The organization is connected to the Advocacy & Resource Center (ARC); hosting an event at West Side supports ARC’s work empowering people with developmental and intellectual disabilities through skill and job training. Visitors can contact the team to request information, arrange a tour, and begin planning.
