Familienbegleitung Jennifer Brandenburg provides individual, family-centred support for parents and babies in the westernmost part of Germany. Led by Jennifer Brandenburg, a certified babywearing consultant and formula-feeding adviser, the service offers guidance during the early years with a focus on attachment, responsiveness and each family’s needs. Babywearing consultations help families find a suitable carrying method or carrier so their baby can feel secure while parents gain greater flexibility in everyday life.
Consultations are also available during pregnancy. For families considering or using bottle-feeding, formula guidance can help them explore an appropriate infant formula, including when breastfeeding is not working or bottle-feeding better suits their circumstances. Jennifer works with all family structures and aims to provide independent, non-judgmental advice tailored to individual challenges and circumstances.
Consultations usually take place in the family’s home within approximately 20 kilometres of Geilenkirchen. For families farther away, an in-person visit may be considered, or support can be arranged online or by phone, particularly for formula consultations. The service covers Geilenkirchen and surrounding communities
