We The Pizza, established in 2010 by the Mendelsohn family in Capitol Hill, DC, exemplifies an authentic Italian-American culinary experience. With a menu featuring over 14 varieties of pizza by the slice, alongside expertly crafted hand-tossed wings and refreshing house-made sodas, this eatery has quickly become a beloved destination. They also delight patrons with a unique twist—Italian gelato shakes, churned fresh daily and made from high-quality ingredients.
Committed to environmental responsibility, We The Pizza adds a 2.5% surcharge to support sustainability efforts while emphasizing community involvement and giving back. All pizzas are crafted using 100% white whole wheat flour, premium meats from family farms, and fresh herbs sourced from local farms in the Shenandoah Valley. The Mendelsohn family's passion for excellence ensures that every dish is made with care and authenticity, reflecting their dedication to quality and community-driven values. Explore franchise opportunities and join a family-oriented business deeply rooted in its community.
