Werkstatt für angepasste Arbeit GmbH (WfaA) is a Düsseldorf-based organization that brings together people with and without disabilities through meaningful work and community life. It supports people with intellectual, physical, learning and other disabilities in rehabilitation, inclusion, personal development and participation in working life. Services include vocational education, assessment and training, ongoing guidance, supported work activities and pathways to integration in regular workplaces.

WfaA also works with industry, crafts, retail and public administration, offering a broad range of production and business services. These include assembly, woodworking, metalworking, electrical assembly, packaging, data processing and scanning, mailing, storage and shipping, gardening and landscaping, laundry, catering and facility services. Its public-facing activities include Café Südpark, a farm shop, animal care, a kiosk, a garden and leisure facilities in the Südpark. The organization also creates handmade goods, including wooden toys and gifts. With more than 1,500 employees supported by adapted working conditions, WfaA combines practical services and products with a focus on rehabilitation, inclusion and employment opportunities.
