About World Flying Disc Federation
WFDF, or the World Flying Disc Federation, is the international sports federation responsible for overseeing various flying disc (frisbee) sports worldwide. They govern sports such as Ultimate, Beach Ultimate, Disc Golf, Freestyle, Guts, and Individual Events. With a federation comprising 110 member associations from over 106 countries, WFDF represents and supports flying disc sports and their athletes on a global scale.
This esteemed organization is recognized by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), International Paralympic Committee (IPC), and the International University Sports Federation (FISU). They are also members of the Global Association of International Sports Federations (GAISF), Association of IOC Recognized International Sports Federations (ARISF), International World Games Association (IWGA), International Masters Games Association (IMGA), and the Association for the International Sport for All (TAFISA). WFDF is committed to upholding the highest standards of fairness and integrity in sports and is a signatory to the World Anti-Doping Code.
