What is my movie

Whatismymovie. com is a cutting-edge brand that specializes in revolutionizing the way we search for video content. A showcase of the advanced technology developed by Valossa, a spin-off company of the University of Oulu in Finland, their goal is to provide a new and descriptive approach to searching for movies.

Unlike traditional search engines, their innovative technology understands the content of video files itself, delving into previously unsearchable data through text and pattern recognition. While utilizing the TMDb API, it's important to note that whatismymovie. com is not endorsed or certified by TMDb.

Backed by extensive research conducted by Valossa's tech team, who have a strong background in automatic content recognition and video data analysis, whatismymovie. com employs deep content technology to analyze over 130,000 movies. This technology enables the discovery and recommendation of semantically related content from large video collections, which isn't typically indexed by traditional search engines.

With ownership of the Intellectual Property for new algorithms and services, Valossa is exploring options to commercialize this groundbreaking technology within the industry
