Wheeler County Bluegrass Festival is a free annual music festival held in Fossil, Oregon, the county seat of Wheeler County. Taking place the first weekend in July, the event brings bluegrass music to the grounds in front of Fossil’s historic courthouse, creating a welcoming gathering in a scenic small-town setting. The festival has been free for more than 20 years and is working to keep admission free with the support of donations and sponsors.
