Where The Heart Is Ranch is a private equestrian facility located west of Dallas, Oregon, on the way to the coast. The ranch welcomes horse lovers to enjoy riding, photography, and its outdoor setting. Its riding program offers instruction for children and adults, from ages five to 65 and older, and accommodates all experience levels.
