Whippet Wisdom is a captivating creative venture led by Xenia Tran, an artist, writer, and photographer residing in the scenic Scottish Highlands. Originally from the Netherlands, Xenia shares her life’s journey, reflecting a deep passion for nature, meditation, and Japanese poetry forms such as haiku and tanka. Since its inception in March 2016, Whippet Wisdom has blossomed into a vibrant community, connecting fellow poets, photographers, and nature enthusiasts from around the globe.

Xenia has authored two full-length poetry collections, "Sharing Our Horizon" and "Between Heather and Grass," with both serving charitable causes related to animal rehoming and disease research. The blog features stunning photography paired with evocative poetry, encapsulating the beauty of the seasons and the bond with her adopted pets.
