White Oak Farm, located in Yorktown Heights, NY, is a picturesque farm situated on a hill overlooking the Croton Reservoir. Established in 1973, the farm has a rich history dating back to the 1800s. After years of neglect, White Oak Farm has undergone a remarkable transformation, featuring beautiful open fields, renovated barns, an impressive sugarhouse, garden, sawmills, and dry kilns.
As the last remaining commercial maple syrup producer in Westchester County, NY, White Oak Farm taps over 2400 trees and offers a wide range of maple syrup grades for sale. In addition, they operate a commercial bandsaw mill and circular sawmill, two dry kilns, state-of-the-art finishing equipment for dressing boards, and a full woodworking shop. They specialize in custom sawing and drying, offering their customers the opportunity to turn their own logs or fallen trees into beautiful pieces of furniture.
White Oak Farm is also an authorized dealer for Leader Evaporator, assisting customers in setting up for the maple season. Whether you have one tree to tap or thousands, White Oak Farm has the expertise and resources to help you. Visit their farm during their business hours to experience the sights and sounds of a working farm, and don't forget to check out the stories done by Local News 12 and NBC News to get a glimpse of the farm's daily operations
