Founded by two sisters in 2006, The White Room is a local female-owned company that embraces environmentally responsible practices. They recycle all plastic, glass, and cardboard in all of their venue locations, and have incorporated highly efficient appliances, LED lighting, and eco-friendly to-go products.
The White Room also prioritizes sustainable seafood and only sources fish that is caught or raised via sustainable, earth-friendly means. The building itself has a rich history, dating back to 1888, and is now a National Historic landmark. The White Room is also committed to giving back to the community, with donations to St.
Jude Children's Research Hospital and Alpha Omega Miracle Home
