Wholedisability

Whole Disability is a disability support provider based in Wollongong, NSW, founded in 2024 by Holly Tyerman. Drawing on Holly’s more than 10 years of experience in special education settings, the organisation supports NDIS participants with individual needs and goals. Its areas of experience include behavioural support, trauma, mental health, autism, acquired brain injuries, and drug and alcohol support.

Whole Disability specialises in social support, community participation, and capacity building. The team aims to provide flexible, person-centred care, guided by communication, putting participants first, and working collaboratively. Its approach emphasises patience, respect, trust, compassion, and building supportive relationships, recognising that effective assistance should reflect each person rather than follow a one-size-fits-all model.

The organisation’s staff include support workers, a registered nurse, and a teacher, led by Holly. Whole Disability also maintains communication with support coordinators to help provide consistent support.
