Whole Life Fitness

Whole Life Fitness is a fitness and community activity provider based in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, serving people who live in and visit the Emerald Coast. Its philosophy is to empower the mind, strengthen the body, and bring the community together through indoor and outdoor activities. The organization aims to create fitness-based experiences with physical, social, and educational benefits for both children and adults, welcoming people with a range of interests and fitness levels.

Its offerings include swimming lessons for children, adult kickball leagues, and the Grayt Santa Pub Crawl. Swimming lessons emphasize water safety as well as learning to swim; families have praised the instruction and children’s experience. Together, these programs provide different ways to be active and connect with others, from skill-building in the pool to team play and community events. Whole Life Fitness presents its central idea as “Fit Mind. Fit Body. Fit In,” reflecting an inclusive approach that combines movement, learning, and social connection.
