About Wholistic Birth
Wholistic Birth & Wellness is a team of midwives and International Board Certified Lactation Consultants serving families in Simi Valley, the Santa Clarita and San Fernando valleys, and East Ventura County. The practice provides holistic, client-centered care through pregnancy, birth, postpartum recovery, and beyond, with a focus on supporting maternal and newborn health.
Midwifery services include prenatal appointments, coordination of lab work and ultrasounds, and support for home births, water births, and trial of labor after cesarean (TOLAC) or VBAC. During labor, midwives provide continuous support and are available on call around the clock. After birth, the team offers home and office follow-up visits, newborn examinations, and postpartum care.
The practice’s lactation consultants assist with breastfeeding, pumping, and bottle feeding. Wholistic Birth & Wellness also provides comprehensive, integrative well-woman visits, including annual physicals, Pap tests and other laboratory work, as well as prescription management in collaboration with an internal medicine specialist. Its services are designed to offer families ongoing, coordinated care.
