Why Mokykla is an educational platform that brings together educators with diverse experiences who are passionate about changing education, sharing their expertise, and helping students discover meaning in the learning process through mindfulness. Our goal is to cultivate conscious learners who are able to ask meaningful questions in both academic and personal life. To achieve this, we have assembled a team of young aspiring teachers and experienced educators who exchange their knowledge and integrate mindful learning methods, helping students not only achieve academic success but also enjoy the entire learning process.

The essence of Why Mokykla is to promote learning with understanding and purpose. We nurture mindful students who are empathetic, attentive, curious, self-confident, responsible, and possess good analytical, intuitive, and critical thinking skills. This enables them to observe and understand the connections between their experiences, emotions, and thoughts, leading to excellent results in all areas of life.

We are proud to have Julius Vaicenavičius as one of our co-founders and physics teacher, who is also an artist both in the classroom and on the stage. He is a certified teacher of national, Cambridge, and IB programs, and actively participates in STEAM projects and team sports. As a teacher, the most challenging aspect is awakening the creativity of students, which, once discovered, unleashes their untapped potential and amazing ideas.
