The Southeast Wisconsin Professional Baseball Park District is a special district responsible for the oversight and management of American Family Field, a state-of-the-art baseball stadium located in Milwaukee, WI. Comprised of Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Racine, Washington, and Waukesha Counties, this local government entity is separate from the state and operates independently. The District's primary mandate is to plan, finance, design, construct, commission, operate, and maintain the stadium.

This comprehensive approach ensures that all aspects of the stadium's functionality and infrastructure are managed efficiently. An appointed Board of Directors, consisting of thirteen individuals representing the five-county area, oversees the operations of the District. They work diligently to ensure the stadium's success and the satisfaction of baseball fans visiting American Family Field.
