WICHE, the Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education, is one of four U. S. Governed by a commission of 48 individuals from 16 Western states and territorial members, WICHE offers a range of products and services to benefit students, institutions, and the broader community.

For undergraduate students, WICHE provides the Western Undergraduate Exchange (WUE), which offers discounted tuition rates at participating institutions. Graduate students can take advantage of the Western Regional Graduate Program (WRGP), which provides in-state tuition rates for out-of-state students. WICHE also offers the Professional Student Exchange Program (PSEP) for health professions students.
