Widecrest

Widecrest Consulting Services is an Australian specialist consultancy partnering with the Department of Defence to help deliver reliable, performance-driven military capability. Run by veterans and military personnel, its team brings more than two decades of military leadership experience and provides experienced project professionals, asset management specialists and technical support.

Widecrest’s services span engineering, project and contract management, fleet and sustainment management, and logistics support. Its engineering expertise includes combat systems and C4I integration, counter-IED and counter-RPG systems, systems engineering, software engineering, safety support, requirements management and technical mentoring. The company also supports capability acquisition and introduction into service, Defence contract activities, and the preparation and review of Defence documents. For fleets and assets, it offers engineering and technical sustainment management, logistics, and purchasing and inventory management.

Widecrest presents itself as a committed partner rather than simply a service provider, focused on helping Defence access expertise when it is needed. The company is based in Brisbane, Queensland, and invites veterans and people transitioning from military service to enquire about career opportunities.
