Wight Sweep is a family-run chimney and fireplace services business founded by Andrew Wren, serving customers across the Isle of Wight. Its team provides professional chimney sweeping for a wide range of appliances and flue systems, including open and gas fires, wood-burning and multi-fuel stoves, pellet boilers, range cookers and lined chimneys. Sweeping is carried out in line with the Association of Professional Independent Chimney Sweeps’ code of practice, using traditional brushes or power-sweeping equipment as appropriate.

The company also installs log and multi-fuel stoves, including DEFRA-approved and SIA models, and can supply recommended stove brands. Wight Sweep offers stove refurbishment, such as in-situ respraying and repainting, as well as the supply and installation of stainless-steel cowls and bird cages to help address downdraughts, smoke issues and birds entering chimneys. CCTV inspections are also listed among its services.

Wight Sweep advises customers on maintenance and sweeping frequency, and includes routine stove safety checks with sweeping. The business emphasizes friendly, professional service and cleaning up after each visit.
