KERN. is a Netherlands-based care and support organization focused on personal, practical guidance for people and families with support needs. Its approach starts with each person’s circumstances, strengths, and goals, with an emphasis on trust, transparency, and collaboration. KERN. provides tailored ambulatory support at home or another comfortable location for children, young people, adults, and families. Support can help build structure in daily life, strengthen confidence, and find greater calm and balance. Clients are matched with a support worker suited to their needs and situation, and KERN. can assist with applications for WMO or WLZ support where needed.

Services include WMO guidance and long-term WLZ guidance, both arranged through personal budgets (PGB). KERN. also offers temporary bridging care in Drenthe, intended to provide stability and support during difficult circumstances, including crises. The organization describes furnished apartments as part of this service, but notes that these homes are not yet available.
