Wild Life Foundation is a non-profit organization that was founded in 2014 by Peter Raimondo. Inspired by his own experiences in nature, Peter established this foundation with a deep passion for wilderness and a strong desire to honor the conservation legacy of Dr. Ian Player.

With over two decades of expertise in outdoor education and wilderness leadership, Peter is dedicated to preserving our planet's natural spaces. As a master guide for the Wilderness Leadership School, Peter has led numerous expeditions into remote areas, fostering environmental stewardship and self-discovery. He also trains facilitators for the Wilderness Foundation and serves as an executive coach, focusing on mindfulness and nature connection.

Moreover, Peter advises various organizations on sustainability integration and oversees wilderness programs for private and corporate clients. Supported by a degree in Philosophy, Anthropology, and Environmental and Geographical Sciences from the University of Cape Town, Peter utilizes his diverse expertise to further the Wild Life Foundation's mission. This organization aims to cultivate thriving human-wildlife relationships, foster conservation efforts, and protect biodiversity.
