Welcome to The Wildcat Sanctuary, a 501(c)3 non-profit rescue sanctuary in Sandstone, MN, dedicated to providing a natural sanctuary for wild cats in need and inspiring change to end the wildlife crisis. The sanctuary, funded by private donations, offers spacious habitats where the residents can live wild at heart, free from exhibition. Established in 1999, The Wildcat Sanctuary does not breed, buy, sell, or exhibit animals, focusing instead on providing individualized care and end-of-life decisions with compassion.

Accredited by the American Sanctuary Association and the Global Federation of Animal Sanctuaries, and rated as a 4-star charity by Charity Navigator, the sanctuary works tirelessly to educate the public on the captive wildlife crisis. As a supporter, you can help by volunteering, donating, sponsoring a wildcat, or raising awareness about the plight of captive wild animals. Join us in creating a world where animal sanctuaries are no longer needed
