Wild For Salmon is a fishermen-owned business based in Bloomsburg, PA, offering fresh and frozen wild Alaskan sockeye salmon from Bristol Bay at an affordable price. With a strong focus on quality, they are able to provide the highest quality, flash/frozen Alaskan sockeye available, directly from the fishermen themselves. Founded by Steve and Jenn Kurian, Wild For Salmon started as an adventurous trip to Alaska in 2002, where they quickly realized the uniqueness and potential of the product.

Since then, they have expanded to serving individuals, buying clubs, local farm markets, restaurants, and health food stores. The fishing season lasts about 5-7 weeks, during which Steve operates their 32' boat with Jenn as the first mate, working alongside two other local deckhands. The salmon is carefully caught, refrigerated, offloaded, processed, and quickly frozen to preserve its freshness.
