Williams Lake Women's Hockey

Williams Lake Women’s Hockey League is a community-focused women’s hockey organization serving Williams Lake and the surrounding area. Founded to promote and develop women’s hockey, the league welcomes players aged 19 and older, from experienced competitors to newcomers. It aims to provide an inclusive, supportive, and competitive setting where participants can enjoy the game, build friendships, and grow through teamwork and physical activity. For the league, hockey is about more than winning: it is also a way to bring people together and create lasting community connections.

The league offers seasonal registration and shares information about the 2026/27 season, including registration dates, fees, and membership requirements. It also promotes a 2026 hockey camp. Registration is scheduled to open June 24, 2026, with early-bird pricing available until July 31, while places remain. In addition to welcoming players, the organization seeks individuals interested in refereeing. It offers reimbursement for the September 2026 officiating course in exchange for an agreed number of game commitments, helping participants gain experience while supporting the growth of women’s hockey.
