Willow Tree Doula

Willow Tree Doula Services provides birth and lactation support to families in the greater Indianapolis area. The practice believes that birth is a natural, personal process and that each parent should be supported in making informed choices about where and how to give birth. Whether a family prefers a home, birth center, or hospital setting, and whether they plan an unmedicated or medicated birth, the doula works to support their preferences and comfort.

Services include certified birth doula care and certified lactation counseling, with support for both the birthing parent and their partner. Willow Tree emphasizes prenatal preparation, education about available options, and practical, compassionate guidance during labor and the postpartum period. Its approach encourages movement during labor and recognizes that every birth unfolds differently, without one “normal” timeline or experience. The goal is to help families feel informed, respected, and empowered, and to have a satisfying birth experience as they define it.
