About The Wilson Home Trust
Wilson Home Trust is a brand dedicated to supporting physically disabled children, young people, and their families. With the Waitemata District Health Board as trustee, their Committee of Management strives to provide the necessary support and resources for individuals facing physical challenges. The Trust is committed to upholding its founding purpose of assisting children with physical disabilities.
Primarily focusing on impairments in body function or structure, additional sensory or intellectual disabilities may be present but are not the primary reason for fund requests. The Committee of Management plays a crucial role in the effective governance of the Trust, working closely with the Waitemata District Health Board and the Auckland Branch of CCS Disability Action. Wilson Home Trust aims to ensure that the assets are always utilized to help children with disabilities, making a positive impact on their lives and empowering them to overcome obstacles
