Wind Viking Healing

Wind Viking Healing offers workshops, online teaching and related resources centered on Mr. Wind’s approach to awakening what the organization calls people’s “birth-given power.” Its teachings connect muscle tension and suppressed emotions with reduced bodily function, and focus on relaxation, breathing, muscle tone, skin elasticity and posture. The site presents Mr. Wind, described as a healer from Scandinavia, as the central figure behind its healing activities.

Participants can join Sunday online energy streams, which are promoted as sessions for full-body energization and deep relaxation, or attend live workshops in locations including Germany, Hungary, Switzerland and Norway. The organization also provides anatomy and self-development content, information about blockages and inner forces, participant stories, frequently asked questions, and a healthy-living blog covering topics such as sitting posture, footwear and digestion. Wind Viking Healing says it is training instructors and teachers to build an international team, and invites people to explore partnerships. Its stated aim is to help participants strengthen their self-healing capacities and pursue greater wellbeing through its events, teaching and community.
