Esterre, in partnership with Windermere Real Estate, offers a managed, equity-based alternative to owning a luxury vacation home outright. Its model gives owners access to a curated portfolio of high-end homes in Washington destinations, including San Juan Island, Fidalgo Island, Whidbey Island, Snoqualmie Summit, and the Olympic Peninsula. Rather than purchasing a single property, owners hold an equity interest in a dedicated LLC that owns a collection of homes for a defined 12-year term. At the end of the term, the homes are sold and proceeds are distributed among owners according to their shares.

Esterre manages reservations, housekeeping, maintenance, and other aspects of ownership. Depending on their chosen tier, owners receive 16 or 32 guaranteed nights annually, along with additional space-available stays. Annual operating expenses are budgeted and shared among owners. Financing may be available through preferred lending partners, subject to individual qualifications. Esterre also offers Windermere agents a referral program, with a 2.5% commission when a referred client completes a purchase.
