Windrosen Ranch

Windrosen-Ranch is a family-oriented riding ranch and guesthouse in Schutz, in Germany’s Vulkaneifel Nature Park. Set in a secluded valley surrounded by woodland, the ranch is home to around 40 horses and ponies and welcomes children, teenagers, and adults for riding holidays in a relaxed, personal setting. Its qualified team includes a master horse professional and a Western riding trainer, with trained staff to support guests.

Visitors can learn to ride, develop their horsemanship, and care for the animals under expert guidance. Experienced riders can join guided rides, from shorter outings to longer treks through the Eifel’s forests, meadows, waterways, and volcanic landscapes. The ranch also offers riding weekends, themed packages, and parent-and-child experiences.
