Welcome to Wind Work X, the wind industry's boutique permanent recruiter. We specialize in providing top-level permanent staff for all aspects of the wind industry, from C-level executives to service and installation technicians, as well as office staff. With CEO David Elcombe at the helm, who has over a decade of experience in the industry, we have successfully placed personnel in 43 countries.

While there may be a place for contract recruitment and subcontracting, we firmly believe that to grow and thrive in this incredible market, you need to attract and retain the best permanent talent. The results of hiring top-level staff speak for themselves, and hiring poorly or partnering with the wrong company can have serious consequences.
