Wings Industry

The WINGS Industry Network (WIN) is an aviation safety organization founded in November 2020 by four aviation safety professionals. Its mission is to help reduce general aviation accident rates by promoting participation in the FAA Safety Team (FAASTeam) WINGS Pilot Proficiency Program. WIN also connects aviation industry members with the FAASTeam, encouraging collaboration and the sharing of resources to strengthen pilot and aviation maintenance technician proficiency.

Through its programs and online resources, WIN helps aviators learn about WINGS and pursue ongoing proficiency training. Its offerings include the E-Z WINGS online tool, WINGS courses, program insights, and information about FAA WINGS sweepstakes. The organization also shares educational material and perspectives from pilots, instructors, and other aviation community members who support the program. WIN emphasizes that regular training can help pilots build knowledge and skills, supporting safer flying for themselves and their passengers. By raising awareness of the aviation industry’s contributions to safety and encouraging continued learning, WIN seeks to make proficiency a core priority in general aviation.
