Die WingTsun Schule Dieburg offers instruction in WingTsun, a Chinese martial art adapted for practical self-defence. The school combines traditional martial arts knowledge and philosophy with modern insights from biomechanics, psychology and violence prevention, drawing also on experience from police and security professionals. Its training is designed for beginners and experienced students, with an emphasis on realistic self-protection rather than performance or competition.

Programs include classes for children, teenagers and adults, including Kids WingTsun, a youth and teens class, a women’s class and mixed evening training. The school also offers holiday courses for children, separate self-defence crash courses for women and men, and violence-prevention courses for schools, kindergartens and youth organisations, delivered on site. Training addresses practical techniques as well as confidence, awareness of potential danger, body language and de-escalation.
