Wing Tsun Kwoon is a Chicago martial arts school focused on personal growth, development, and self-actualization through individualized training. Its qualified instructors teach two traditional martial arts using structured curricula: Wing Tsun Kung Fu and Atillo Balintawak Eskrima.

Wing Tsun is a Chinese martial art built around simple, practical movements for close-range self-defense, including techniques intended to help a person defend against a stronger opponent. Atillo Balintawak Eskrima is a Filipino martial art centered on close-range single-stick fighting, with applications to bladed weapons and empty-hand techniques for countering attacks and controlling an opponent.

The school offers group classes, private training, and learning pathways that include beginner, intermediate, advanced, and assistant instructor levels. Its curriculum also covers self-defense, Wing Tsun forms such as Siu Nim Tau, Chum Kiu, and Biu Tze, and student progress in Atillo Balintawak.
