Founded by Lisa, a certified End-of-Life Doula, the practice provides care in homes and facilities, with virtual support available for many services. Services include guidance with advance care directives, legacy work, and other preparations to help people express their wishes and priorities. Winter’s Grace also supports clients and loved ones through the dying process, offers grief processing, referrals, and bereavement resources, and provides compassionate end-of-life care for pets and their families. Swedish death cleaning helps clients thoughtfully declutter and pass along belongings, creating more manageable and peaceful living spaces. Reiki sessions use gentle touch to encourage relaxation and support well-being in body, mind, and spirit.
