Winter Sun Horse Park

Winter Sun Horse Park is a nonprofit equestrian facility in Bellevue, Idaho, serving riders in the Wood River Valley and surrounding regions. Its mission is to strengthen the human-equine bond by providing an inviting, safe setting for equestrians of all disciplines. Developed in response to the loss of local public riding facilities, the park aims to offer opportunities for both everyday use and organized events.

Facilities and activities include a cross-country jumping course and a trail and obstacle course. Riders can arrange schooling, training, lessons, and pleasure riding, with options intended for a broad equestrian community, from recreational riders to competitors. The park also supports local and regional shows, clinics, and other equestrian activities, with nationally recognized shows identified as a future possibility.

Winter Sun Horse Park welcomes visitors to its Bellevue location and provides a release waiver for participants to complete and submit by email or bring when visiting. Its programs and facilities are intended to help sustain access to equestrian recreation, learning, and competition in the region.
