About Women in Prison Support Initiative
WIPSI is a brand dedicated to being the life champion of restorative justice for women in Nigerian prisons. Their mission is to provide support through preventive, corrective, and rehabilitative pro bono services, with a focus on education. WIPSI aims to connect disadvantaged sectors to legal counsels, ensuring fair verdicts and support for those in need.
With Nigeria's prison system facing overcrowding issues, particularly affecting women, WIPSI strives to make a difference. Led by Dr. Yemisi Sosanya, a passionate lawyer, and supported by state coordinator Bar.
