Wirkstatt natur is a personal training and movement practice led by Urs Gremlich, serving clients in Thalwil and Horgen, Switzerland. Its approach is tailored to each person’s goals, daily routine and physical condition, bringing together exercise, relaxation and recovery to support lasting progress and overall well-being. Urs offers one-to-one personal training, Pilates, golf fitness and traditional karate.

Sessions focus on developing strength, mobility, stability, coordination and body awareness, with appropriate attention to rest and individual health needs. Golf fitness works on the stability, rotation and flexibility needed for an efficient swing, while Pilates emphasizes controlled movement and breathing. Karate combines physical training with discipline and focus.

Urs draws on more than 45 years of training experience and qualifications in movement and health training, golf fitness, Pilates care, spinal therapy and karate. He works with clients in German and English, offering a personal, respectful style that balances encouragement with challenge.
