WISE

WISE is an Australian not-for-profit organisation that helps people earn, learn and live well. For more than 30 years, it has connected individuals with practical support and employers with inclusive recruitment services. WISE delivers government-funded employment programs, including Inclusive Employment Australia and Workforce Australia, offering personalised assistance to job seekers and free recruitment support to employers. Its services also include job preparation and placement, wage subsidies, post-placement support and occupational rehabilitation.

Beyond employment services, WISE provides NDIS supports, including employment assistance, occupational therapy and services for school leavers. Its programs extend to graduate disability employment through GradWISE, mental health and wellbeing initiatives, training through WISE Training Services, and Employability Skills Training. WISE also operates social enterprises, including Clean Force Property Services, ELS and Peppergreen Farm.

With offices across Australia, WISE works with people facing disability, mental health conditions, injury or other barriers, tailoring support to individual needs. The organisation’s broader aim is to help people pursue meaningful employment, build skills and access supports that contribute to greater independence and wellbeing.
