About Wismut
Wismut GmbH is a federal enterprise dedicated to the decommissioning, remediation, and reclamation of uranium mining and processing sites in Saxony and Thuringia, Germany. The company plays a crucial role in restoring areas impacted by past uranium extraction, enhancing both environmental and living quality for local communities.
