Founded by Yvette Milner after she accompanied a close friend through her final days, the Australian brand is designed to offer practical comfort and gentle guidance when words can be difficult to find. Its Support Kit is built around Gentle Guide Cards, which explain in plain language what families may expect during the final weeks, days and hours, and how they can provide care.

The kit also includes bedside comforts such as hand cream, lip balm and calming room spray, plus a notebook, pen and pencils for recording questions, letters and memories. Designed in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales, kits are sent across Australia. Bulk supply is available to aged care facilities, hospitals and palliative care services.
