WM Forum Graz is a collaborative platform for students and researchers in the field of knowledge management and knowledge technologies. They offer support to each other throughout the dissertation process and act as a central hub for the knowledge network in Graz, connecting various local institutions working on knowledge management. As part of their activities, WM Forum Graz recently organized a lecture at the Danube University Krems on disassembling digital communication.

During the lecture, students learned how to apply psychological theories and connect knowledge activities to enhance digital communication. With the guidance of experts Sebastian Dennerlein and Stefan Schweiger, the students explored a range of tools, from standard collaborative platforms like Google Docs to highly specialized tools and systems that harness crowd wisdom, such as social tagging systems. The lecture was highly interactive, allowing students to translate their theoretical knowledge into practical discussions on applying the concepts in real-world scenarios.
