More About Us Empowering Women, Shaping Leadership Where We Came From In May 2018, a group of professional women united under a shared vision: to amplify female representation in boardrooms and decision-making positions. This vision led to the establishment of Women on Boards Jordan (WOBs JO), a non-profit association dedicated to promoting women’s access to leadership roles in both public and private sector enterprises across diverse industries. Inspired by validated research, WOBs JO believes that gender-balanced boards drive more balanced decisions, enhance performance, fuel economic growth, and bring prosperity to society. Through advocacy, empowerment, and collaboration, we are paving the way for a future where women thrive as influential leaders.
