Perspektive Ausland

Wohnsitz Ausland is a German-language information and advisory platform offered by STM Corporate Group and Perspektive Ausland. It supports entrepreneurs, freelancers, investors and others from Germany, Austria and Switzerland who are considering moving abroad or establishing an international Plan B. The platform brings together country guides, essays on 64 destinations and practical articles about relocation, taxation, residence, pensions and wealth protection. Its tax resources address topics such as ending tax residency, exit taxation, the 183-day rule, keeping a home in Germany, and cross-border inheritance and gifts, with separate guidance for Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Services include consultations to help clients assess which destination may suit their circumstances, the likely costs of moving and relevant tax considerations. The team also covers residence permits, second passports, Golden Visa options and local implementation, drawing on specialists who live in different countries. Founder Sebastian Sauerborn shares information through articles and the Perspektive Ausland video channel, while the site offers events, seminars, workshops, newsletters and contact options.
