Woking Tigers, founded in 1992 by Mohammed Farooq, has evolved from a small community cricket team into a dynamic charity devoted to youth development and community engagement. Inspired by the determination of the 1992 Pakistan World Cup cricket team, the organization ventured into football in 2010, establishing an adult team that has provided local players with their first experiences of adult football. Since then, Woking Tigers has expanded its offerings significantly.

In 2012, they launched a T20 cricket league, fostering community spirit among players of all ages. By 2017, recognizing the need for youth opportunities, Woking Tigers revitalized the Alpha Recreation Ground, attracting over 100 children to football sessions. Today, the organization manages the Sheerwater Youth Centre, providing open-access youth sessions, holiday camps, and activities ranging from girls' football to ladies' basketball.

Woking Tigers also engages in charitable efforts, partnering with local organizations to deliver essential services and supporting numerous community programs that benefit hundreds annually. Their mission is to create a supportive environment where all community members can thrive.
