WolvesPack

WolvesPack is a combat sports and fitness club serving Soest and the surrounding region, including Bad Sassendorf and the wider Kreis Soest area. Its training is built around discipline, respect, community and personal development, welcoming both beginners and experienced practitioners. The club offers MMA, boxing, kickboxing, Thai boxing, Krav Maga and Close Combat, alongside fitness boxing, self-defence and general fitness training.

Programs are available for children, teenagers and adults, with dedicated groups including Welpen for ages three to six and Young Wolves for children aged seven and up. WolvesPack also provides training for public institutions, private coaching and seminars. Qualified coaches adapt sessions to participants’ experience and goals, whether they are training for recreation, fitness, self-defence or performance.

Children’s and youth classes also support confidence, discipline and social skills. With training locations in Soest and Bad Sassendorf, WolvesPack presents itself as more than a gym: it aims to foster a welcoming team environment where members can build physical skills and mental strength
