Womandla Foundation is a South African organization dedicated to empowering women and girls and creating pathways into leadership, entrepreneurship, and STEAM careers. It supports women and youth through mentorship, education, business development, and community initiatives designed to build skills, confidence, and opportunity.
Its mentorship programs connect girls from underserved communities with role models, guidance, and personal development workshops. Other initiatives include the Learn Support Grow podcast, which explores STEAM, entrepreneurship, professional growth, and wellness; wellbeing workshops; and the Dignity Drive, which provides sanitary products to women and girls in need. Womandla also partners with businesses and institutions to deliver social impact programs.
