About Women In Law
Women in Law Austria is an initiative that aims to connect women in the legal advisory industry and other legal professions in Austria. Founded in 2014 by Sophie Martinetz, this organization is dedicated to providing a platform for women in the legal field to network and exchange ideas. The main focus areas include facilitating communication and networking among Women in Law members, as well as organizing events that promote personal connections.
The topics of discussion range from challenges faced in the daily work routine to perspectives, knowledge exchange, networking, and managing work in the 21st century. Women in Law also offers various branches for banking, insurance, and legal departments, along with a mentoring program for young lawyers. Overall, Women in Law strives to foster equality and inclusivity within the legal profession and has been making a significant impact since its establishment in 2014
